Felforged Armor is a transmog set obtained by opening 
Small Legion Chests and 
Large Legion Chests earned during the Legion pre-launch invasions, which ran from August 9, 2016 (US) through August 30, 2016.
Obtain Felforged Armor Pieces
The Felforged Armor pieces — including helm, spaulders, hauberk, grips, cinch, boots, and bracers — drop from Small Legion Chests and Large Legion Chests awarded during the Legion pre-launch invasion event. Large Legion Chests contain head, shoulders, chest, and legs pieces, while Small Legion Chests contain wrists, gloves, waist, and feet pieces. All gear is base item level 700, with a chance to be Warforged to 705, 710, 715, or 720.
Tips
If you still have unopened Legion Chests saved from the invasion event, open them at max level, as the item level of the loot scales to your character's level at the time of opening, not when the chest was received.
