Grim Inquisitor's Regalia is a transmog set obtainable from Antorus, the Burning Throne raid through weekly Timewalking quests and direct raid loot.
Complete Timewalking raid mission
Start the weekly Timewalking quest 'A Shattered Path Through Time' on a character that has not cleared any bosses in Antorus. Complete the classhall mission with your followers to receive a quest that sends you into Antorus raid.
Defeat Antorus bosses
Enter Antorus, the Burning Throne and defeat the required boss. Your reward cache will contain 930+ item level gear from the raid, with chances for warforged or titanforged pieces up to 985 item level.
Farm additional pieces
Run Antorus on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty to obtain remaining transmog set pieces through boss drops.
