Complete the weekly Timewalking quest A Shattered Path Through Time on a character that has not defeated any bosses in Antorus raid. This grants a cache containing 930+ ilvl gear from Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Open the raid cache
Open the cache reward to receive a random piece of Antorus raid gear. The item level scales based on your raid progression: Raid Finder gear (930 ilvl) by default, Normal gear if you have 12+ Normal boss kills, or Heroic gear if you have 12+ Heroic boss kills completed before starting the mission.
