Finish the weekly Timewalking quest A Shattered Path Through Time on a character that has not defeated any bosses in Antorus raid to receive a cache containing 930+ ilvl gear from Antorus.
Increase gear quality
If you want higher item level pieces (Raid Normal or Raid Heroic), complete at least 12 boss kills in the corresponding difficulty before starting the class hall mission, as this determines the cache reward level.
