Light's Vanguard Battleplate is a 930+ item level armor piece from Antorus, the Burning Throne, obtainable through the weekly Timewalking quest cache.
Complete weekly Timewalking quest
Queue for the A Shattered Path Through Time Timewalking dungeon on any character that has not defeated any bosses in Antorus raid. Completing this quest grants a cache containing a random item from Antorus, the Burning Throne at 930+ item level with a chance to warforge or titanforge up to 985 item level.
Open the Timewalking cache
Open the quest reward cache to receive your Antorus item. The item level you receive depends on your raid progression: Raid Finder gear at default, Normal raid gear if you have 12+ Normal boss kills, or Heroic raid gear if you have 12+ Heroic boss kills completed before starting the mission.
Tips
Complete 12 boss kills in Normal or Heroic Antorus difficulty before accepting the quest to guarantee Normal or Heroic item level gear instead of Raid Finder level.
