Chi-Ji's Battlegear is obtained from the Weekly Timewalking Quest cache, which rewards 930-940 item level gear from Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Complete Weekly Timewalking Quest
Participate in the Weekly Timewalking Quest (A Shattered Path Through Time) on any character that has not cleared any bosses in Antorus Raid to receive a cache containing Antorus gear.
Open the Reward Cache
Open the cache upon quest completion to receive a random 930-940 item level piece of gear from Antorus, the Burning Throne, with a chance for warforged or titanforged pieces up to 985 item level.
Tips
Complete at least 12 boss kills in Normal difficulty Antorus before starting the mission to receive Normal-quality gear (instead of Raid Finder quality) from the cache.
Complete at least 12 boss kills in Heroic difficulty Antorus before starting the mission to receive Heroic-quality gear from the cache.
