Runebound Regalia is a transmog item set obtainable from the Weekly Timewalking Quest cache, which rewards gear from Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Complete Weekly Timewalking Quest
Finish the weekly Timewalking Quest (A Shattered Path Through Time) on a character that has not cleared any bosses in Antorus Raid to receive a cache containing Antorus gear.
Open Reward Cache
Open the cache to obtain a piece of Runebound Regalia transmog at item level 930 or higher, with a chance for warforged or titanforged versions up to 985 item level.
Tips
Complete prior Antorus boss kills before starting the class hall mission to upgrade your cache reward: 12+ Normal kills grant Normal difficulty gear, 12+ Heroic kills grant Heroic difficulty gear.
