Runebound Regalia is a transmog set obtainable from the Weekly Timewalking Quest cache, which awards 930-940 item level gear from Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Complete Weekly Timewalking Quest
Queue for the Weekly Timewalking dungeon through the Group Finder and complete the objective "A Shattered Path Through Time" on a character that has not cleared any bosses in Antorus Raid.
Obtain Cache Reward
Upon completion, you receive a cache containing a random 930-940 item level piece of gear from Antorus with a chance for warforged or titanforged versions up to 985 item level.
Increase Gear Quality (Optional)
To upgrade the cache reward quality, complete at least 12 boss kills in Normal Antorus before starting the mission; complete at least 12 Heroic boss kills for Heroic-quality gear from the cache.
Tips
The cache awards Raid Finder gear by default; prior raid progression determines the final item level of your reward.
