Complete weekly Timewalking mission
Initiate a class hall mission with your followers that sends you into Antorus raid to defeat a boss. Upon completion, you receive a cache containing 930+ item level gear from Antorus, which may include this transmog piece.
Increase cache item level (optional)
Before starting your class hall mission, complete at least 12 boss kills in Antorus on normal difficulty or higher to upgrade your cache reward from Raid Finder to Normal level gear, or from Normal to Heroic level gear if you have 12+ Heroic kills.
