Bearmantle Battlegear is a transmog set obtainable from Antorus, the Burning Throne raid via the Weekly Timewalking quest.
Complete Timewalking mission
Start the Weekly Timewalking Quest (A Shattered Path Through Time) using your class hall followers to receive a quest that sends you into Antorus, the Burning Throne raid.
Defeat Antorus boss
Enter Antorus, the Burning Throne and defeat the designated boss to complete the quest and receive a cache containing 930+ item level gear from the raid.
Tips
Your cache reward item level scales with raid difficulty: Raid Finder gear drops by default, Normal gear if you have 12+ Normal kills before starting the mission, and Heroic gear if you have 12+ Heroic kills before starting the mission.
