Felreaper Vestments is a transmog piece obtainable from the Antorus, the Burning Throne raid via Timewalking quest rewards.
Complete weekly Timewalking quest
Queue for and complete the weekly Timewalking Quest (A Shattered Path Through Time) on a character that has not defeated any bosses in Antorus raid. You will receive a cache containing a 930+ item level piece from Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Increase cache item level
To receive higher item level rewards from the cache, earn at least 12 boss kills in Normal Antorus difficulty (for Normal-level rewards), or at least 12 boss kills in Heroic Antorus difficulty (for Heroic-level rewards), before completing the quest. Rewards scale up to 985 item level with warforged or titanforged rolls.
