The Howling Beast Armor is the Hunter Challenge Mode transmog set for Mists of Pandaria, obtained by completing Challenge Conqueror: Gold (9/
9 gold Challenge Mode dungeons), after which the 
Golden Chest of the Howling Beast is automatically placed in your bags containing all pieces of the set.
Complete Challenge Conqueror: Gold
Earn gold medals in all 9 Mists of Pandaria Challenge Mode dungeons to complete the Challenge Conqueror: Gold achievement. Upon completing your final gold, the Golden Chest of the Howling Beast is automatically delivered directly into your bags, containing every piece of the Howling Beast Armor set.
Retrieve Chest If Missing
If your bags were full when you completed the final gold, the Postmaster will deliver the Golden Chest of the Howling Beast to you via in-game mail, separate from the congratulatory mail sent by the Challengers' Armory. If your bags are not full and the chest is not there, log out and back in and it will be waiting in your bags.
Act Before WoD Pre-Patch
The Howling Beast Armor set was removed from availability with the Warlords of Draenor pre-launch event patch, as Challenge Mode was retired when class and mechanic changes made current-expansion challenge scaling impossible to maintain.
