Golden Chest of Windfury is a Mists of Pandaria Challenge Mode transmog set for Shamans that was retired before the Warlords of Draenor pre-launch patch.
Obtain before retirement
This transmog set is no longer available as Challenge Mode mechanics were changed in the pre-expansion patch for Warlords of Draenor. If you obtained it before the patch, you can transmog it onto your Shaman's gear.
Equip and use /roar
When you have the Windfury Armor set equipped or transmogged, type /roar in chat to trigger a special fire effect.
