The Elements is a Dungeon Set 1 vest for Shamans from the Classic era that was removed in Patch 4.0.3a and is no longer obtainable in-game.
Understand availability
The Elements was removed from the game as of Patch 4.0.3a during Cataclysm and cannot be obtained. If you want a similar appearance, obtain Vest of Living Lightning from Mennu the Betrayer in Slave Pens (Burning Crusade non-heroic) or the heirloom item Mystical Vest of Elements instead.
