Complete order hall quest

Frayed Banner to receive the Soldier's Footlocker.
Open the footlocker
Open the Soldier's Footlocker to receive your Cruel Gladiator's Felskin Armor piece. The specific armor piece awarded depends on when the footlocker was obtained relative to PvP season changes.
Tips
Loot from the Soldier's Footlocker is determined by your prestige rank and the current PvP season at the time you complete the quest, not when you open the footlocker later.
