Vindictive Gladiator's Scaled Armor is a transmog set obtained from the 
Soldier's Footlocker, awarded upon completing specific order hall quests during PvP Season 2.
Complete order hall quests
Complete one of the following quests: 
Dire Summons followed by Desperate Times, 
Arena Invitation followed by Win the Crowd, or 
Frayed Banner followed by An Island of War. Each quest chain rewards the Soldier's Footlocker upon completion.
Open the footlocker
Open the Soldier's Footlocker to receive a piece of Vindictive Gladiator's armor. The specific armor piece varies by character class.
Tips
The armor piece granted is determined when the quest is completed, not when the footlocker is opened. Complete quests during PvP Season 2 to receive Vindictive Gladiator gear.
If a quest is completed after Season 2 ends, the footlocker will contain gear from the current season instead of Vindictive pieces.
