Turn In At Class Hall
When the To Battle! quest becomes available, head to your Class Hall to turn it in — not the Underbelly of Dalaran, despite what the quest log map may indicate.
Open Your Satchel
The Satchel of Battlefield Spoils contains random rewards; one player received 
Vindictive Combatant's Chain Treads, while another received only 
Thirsty Bloodstone, and a third received an item level 865 drop.
Check Your Mission Table
After turning in the quest, check your Class Hall mission table for a follow-up mission rewarding 
Dire Summons, which provides the Desperate Times quest and awards a 
Soldier's Footlocker containing higher item level loot.
