Understand cache quality system

Cache of Nightborne Treasures quality is determined when you obtain the mission, not when you complete it. Mythic Emeriss Nighthold kills will award Heroic-quality caches as your baseline.
Complete weekly event quests
Participate in the weekly Timewalking event quest to obtain Normal-quality caches (item level 885 minimum), or complete the Heroic-marked weekly event quest for higher-quality rewards.
Open your cache
Open the Cache of Nightborne Treasures to receive Vestment of Second Sight and other gear.
