Obtain the loot card
The War Party Hitching Post is the uncommon loot card (2 of 3) from the WoW TCG expansion 'War of the Elements'. The other loot cards in this set are 
Landro's Lichling (1/3) and 
Savage Raptor (3/3).
Note your redemption code
Scratch off the loot card to reveal your in-game redemption code and write it down before heading in-game.
Find Landro Longshot
Travel to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale and find Landro Longshot by the docks. Speak to him and navigate to the 'War of the Elements' section in his dialogue.
Redeem on correct character
Select 'War Party Hitching Post' from Landro's list, then enter your redemption code into the box that appears. The item is soulbound upon redemption, so redeem it on the character you intend to keep it on.
Tips
The hitching post lasts 3 minutes with a 30-minute cooldown, and any character, party member, or raid member can use it to summon a horse mount that automatically matches your highest land riding speed.
The summoned horse mount lasts until you dismount.
