Open Winter Veil gifts
During the Feast of Winter Veil world event, open
Winter Veil Gifts under the tree. The Toy Armor Set can be found in these gifts and does not require a maximum level character to obtain.
Tips
Each faction receives a different cape variant: Alliance characters receive the
Alliance Toy Cape while Horde characters receive the
Horde Toy Cape. The toy is not shared across factions, so you must obtain it separately on each faction.
