Raise your Archaeology skill and focus on solving Dwarf dig sites. The Innkeeper's Daughter is a rare tier Dwarf Archaeology artifact that requires 150 Dwarf Archaeology Fragments to solve, and 
Dwarf Rune Stones can be used as keystones to supplement your fragment count.
Solve the Rare Artifact
Once you have accumulated 150 Dwarf Archaeology Fragments, solve the discovery to obtain The Innkeeper's Daughter. Because it is a Toy, it is usable by all characters on your account and does not take up an inventory slot.
Use the Toy
Activate The Innkeeper's Daughter from your Toy Box to teleport to your hearthstone location. It shares a cooldown with your 
Hearthstone, has the same 10-second cast time, and is also affected by the Hasty Hearth talent. Upon use, a ghost of the Innkeeper's Daughter may randomly spawn.
Tips
Because The Innkeeper's Daughter is a Toy, it effectively frees up one inventory slot on every character on your account compared to carrying a traditional hearthstone.
