Farm Tol'vir Dig Sites
Travel to Uldum and excavate Tol'vir dig sites until you accumulate 150 Tol'vir fragments. Dig sites in Uldum spawn randomly, so continue working through them as they appear.

Solve the Artifact
Once you have 150 Tol'vir fragments, open your Archaeology journal and solve the Pendant of the Scarab Storm artifact to receive the toy. When used, it summons a swarm of scarabs that follow you around.
