Craft the Mallard Mortar
Once you have the schematic, craft the Mallard Mortar using your profession to add it to your Toy Box.
Tips
The Mallard Mortar has both a minimum and maximum range, requires a 2-second cast, and cannot be used while moving — position yourself at a proper distance from your target before casting.
Many friendly NPCs are not valid targets; if you have auto self-cast enabled, the toy will attempt to target yourself and return a 'target too close' error.
The rubber duck projectile is fairly small and does not draw aggro when fired at enemies, so don't expect a dramatic reaction from your target.
The toy has a 10-minute cooldown between uses.
