Findle's Loot-A-Rang is an Engineering-crafted toy that allows non-engineers to loot nearby corpses at range without needing to target or physically reach them, though its use is restricted exclusively to Draenor zones.

Obtain From an Engineer
Findle's Loot-A-Rang is crafted by Engineers and can be purchased from other players on the Auction House. Once learned, it becomes a toy, so only one needs to be crafted or acquired.
Understand Its Restrictions
The toy requires 125 Engineering skill to use and only functions within Draenor zones — it cannot be used in dungeons, raids, or any zones outside of Draenor, including older Draenor-tier instances.
Use It to Loot Remotely
While in a Draenor zone, activate Findle's Loot-A-Rang from your Toy Box to loot nearby corpses without targeting them individually or physically moving to each body, functioning the same way as 
Loot-A-Rang.
Tips
If you need a version that works outside of Draenor and in instances, the Loot-A-Rang toy functions anywhere but requires at least 125 Engineering skill to use.
