Craft the toy
Once you have crafted or obtained the Duck-Stuffed Duck Lovie, use it to have your character lie down in a sleep pose with the duck tucked beneath your head as a pillow.
Note the duck's visibility
The duck pillow is barely visible when the toy is active — on smaller or bulkier races such as dwarves, the duck rests under your character's head and can be very difficult to see.
