Obtain a Mythic Keystone for Seat of the Triumvirate and enter the dungeon, located on Argus in Mac'Aree.
Complete Within the Timer
Defeat all bosses in Seat of the Triumvirate before the Mythic+ timer expires to fulfill the Keystone Victor: Seat of the Triumvirate achievement requirement and unlock the title.
