The Diplomat is a title awarded for completing the achievement The Justicar, which requires reaching exalted reputation with three battleground factions.
Reach Exalted with Silverwing Sentinels
Earn reputation with the Silverwing Sentinels faction through Warsong Gulch battleground participation until you reach exalted status.
Reach Exalted with League of Arathor
Earn reputation with the League of Arathor faction through Arathi Basin battleground participation until you reach exalted status.
Reach Exalted with Stormpike Guard
Earn reputation with the Stormpike Guard faction through Alterac Valley battleground participation until you reach exalted status. Completing all three factions grants the Justicar achievement and the Diplomat title.
