The Elite Druid is a title earned by completing the Elite achievement, which requires collecting 2,000 Bloody Coins as an Emissary of Ordos or Ordon Fire-Watcher on the Timeless Isle.
Obtain the Censer of Eternal Agony
Acquire the 
Censer of Eternal Agony on the Timeless Isle to become an Emissary of Ordos, which allows you to attack other players and earn Bloody Coins upon killing them.
Farm 2,000 Bloody Coins
Kill other players while under the Censer of Eternal Agony buff to collect Bloody Coins — you need 2,000 total to complete the Fire-Watcher achievement and unlock the title.
Claim Your Title
Once the Fire-Watcher achievement completes at 2, 000 Bloody Coins, the Elite title is unlocked account-wide and can be applied to any character, including newly created ones.
Tips
Along the way at 500 Bloody Coins you can purchase the
Reins of the Ashhide Mushan Beast as an optional vanity reward.The title is account-wide, so you only need to earn it once across all your characters.
