Kurenai

Begin your Kurenai reputation by completing quests at Orebor Harborage in Zangarmarsh. These quests award a total of 4,500 reputation and will bring you to Friendly, unlocking further content in Nagrand. Key quests include Ango'rosh Encroachment, Overlord Gorefist, Daggerfen Deviance, WANTED: Chieftain Mummaki (requires Neutral reputation), Lines of Communication, Natural Armor, Maktu's Revenge, Stinger Venom, and The Terror of Marshlight Lake, each granting +500 reputation.

Complete the quest A Message to Telaar to be directed into Nagrand, which serves as the main Alliance quest hub for Kurenai. Ignore any quest prompts directing you to Allerian Stronghold or Blade's Edge, as those do not contribute to Kurenai reputation. Completing all available quests in Nagrand will yield a total of 10,570 reputation.

Once you reach Revered, kill ogres and collect Obsidian Warbeads, which turn in for 500 reputation per 10 beads (550 with Human racial or a level 12+ guild's Mr. Popularity perk). The best grinding location is the cave at Burning Blade Ruins at 40.77, 32.11 in Nagrand — clear the cave, kill ogres outside, and return as the cave respawns. Each ogre kill also awards 10–11 reputation directly. At a pessimistic bead drop rate of roughly one in three ogres, you effectively earn approximately 29 reputation per ogre killed, meaning you need around 1, 438 ogre kills to go from 0 to Exalted, taking roughly 2 hours and 23 minutes.

Once you reach the required reputation tiers, visit Trader Narasu at 54.4, 75.2 in Nagrand to purchase your rewards. Notable items include the Reins of the Cobalt Riding Talbuk, Reins of the Cobalt War Talbuk, Reins of the Silver Riding Talbuk, Reins of the Silver War Talbuk, Reins of the Tan Riding Talbuk, Reins of the Tan War Talbuk, Reins of the White Riding Talbuk, and Reins of the White War Talbuk at Exalted, along with gear such as the Kurenai Kilt and Kurenai Tabard.
