Sporeggar
The Burning Crusade faction.
Sporeggar is a Burning Crusade faction based in western Zangarmarsh that starts at Unfriendly and can be raised to Exalted through mob grinding, repeatable turn-ins, and dungeon runs in the Underbog.
Grind to Neutral
From Unfriendly to Neutral, kill Bog Lords and Marsh Lurkers in the cave in the far southeast of Zangarmarsh, each granting 15 reputation per kill.
Turn In Glowcaps
From Neutral to Friendly, collect Glowcaps found all across Zangarmarsh — you need no more than 70 of them, since each turn-in of 10 awards 750 reputation.
Farm Sanguine Hibiscus
From Friendly onward, run the Underbog and collect 
Sanguine Hibiscus, which can be turned in for 750 reputation per 5 and is valid all the way to Exalted; every trash mob in the Underbog awards 21 reputation and every boss awards 210 reputation.
Continue Bog Lord Grinding
Alongside the Underbog runs, continue killing Bog Lords and farming the southeast cave in Zangarmarsh, as these kills award reputation all the way through to Exalted.
Use Fertile Spores at Honored
From Honored onward, Fertile Spores can also be turned in for 750 reputation each, giving an additional source of rep alongside the Sanguine Hibiscus turn-ins and mob grinding.
Complete Final Exalted Quest
To push through Revered to Exalted, complete the quest "Now that we're still friends..." which rewards a significant chunk of Sporeggar reputation and can bring you to Exalted.
Visit Vendor Mycah
Once you reach the desired reputation tier, visit Mycah at 17.8, 51.2 in Zangarmarsh to purchase available rewards including 
Muck-Covered Drape, 
Petrified Lichen Guard, 
Tiny Sporebat, 
Sporeling's Firestick, 
Sporeggar Tabard, 
Pattern: Mycah's Botanical Bag, 
Recipe: Shrouding Potion, and Recipe: Transmute Primal Earth to Water.
Tips
Underbog trash mobs (excluding Underbog Frenzy fish) award 21 reputation each and bosses award 210, making full clears efficient for stacking rep alongside Sanguine Hibiscus collection.
The Shrubbery quest for turning in Sanguine Hibiscus is located just inside the Underbog instance entrance, so you can turn in immediately after a run without leaving the dungeon area.
