The Violet Eye
The Burning Crusade faction.
The Violet Eye is a secret sect of the Kirin Tor stationed in Karazhan, and reputation is earned by killing enemies inside the instance.
Enter and Clear Karazhan
Travel to Karazhan in Deadwind Pass and defeat every enemy inside. Bosses award 120 reputation each, elite mobs award 15 reputation each, and non-elite mobs award 3 reputation each. A full clear of the entire instance yields approximately 9, 762 reputation without any bonuses.
Use Rep Perks to Maximize Gains
If your guild has the +5% reputation perk, a full clear yields approximately 10, 250 reputation; with the +10% perk, that rises to approximately 10, 847 reputation. Using a 
Battle Standard of Coordination (Alliance) or 
Battle Standard of Coordination (Horde) stacks with guild perks for additional gains. A +10% racial bonus combined with the +10% guild perk brings a full clear to approximately 11, 714 reputation.
Reset and Re-Enter Efficiently
Due to the five instance entrances per hour cap, space each Karazhan entrance at least 12 minutes apart. All non-boss mobs reset with the instance, so resetting and re-running the instance is a valid method for grinding reputation if you have not yet killed the first boss and locked your instance.
Reach Honored for Repair Access
Reaching Honored with The Violet Eye unlocks access to a repair NPC inside Karazhan, which is useful during longer clearing sessions.

The Servant's Quarters, Stables, Scullery, Grand Ballroom (Lower), and Banquet Hall areas alone contribute 3,753 reputation per full clear, making them among the highest-density zones for reputation per run.
