Honor Hold
The Burning Crusade faction.
Honor Hold is the Alliance faction in Hellfire Peninsula, earned by completing quests, killing Shattered Hand orcs, and running Hellfire Citadel dungeons.
Complete Hellfire Peninsula Quests
Work through the quests in and around Honor Hold in Hellfire Peninsula, which together yield up to 9, 985 reputation points. Killing Shattered Hand orcs also grants reputation, but this stops once you reach Friendly.
Run Ramparts and Blood Furnace
Enter Hellfire Ramparts and Blood Furnace and clear the mobs inside for reputation — this only applies until the end of Friendly on Normal difficulty. Heroic versions of both dungeons grant reputation all the way to Exalted, yielding approximately 2, 500 for Ramparts and approximately 2, 900 for Blood Furnace per run.
Farm Shattered Halls Repeatedly
Shattered Halls is the primary dungeon for grinding Honor Hold reputation from Revered to Exalted, and is the only Normal-mode dungeon that continues to award reputation beyond Friendly. A Normal run yields 1,529 reputation and a Heroic run yields 2,610 reputation without any bonus. Running 1 Heroic and 6 Normal clears in a single day produces between 11,784 and 14,142 reputation, allowing you to go from Revered to Exalted in roughly 2 days with 12 Normal and 2 Heroic clears.
Use Honor Hold Favor Tokens
Purchase the Honor Hold Favor item for 
5 Marks of Honor Hold from Logistics Officer Ulrike at 56.4, 62.6 in Hellfire Peninsula. This item grants a 25% reputation bonus for 30 minutes and is most effective when used during Shattered Halls runs at level 70, reducing the number of runs needed — for example, with a 20% bonus a Normal run yields 1,835 reputation, requiring only 12 Normal and 2 Heroic clears to go from Revered to Exalted.
Complete Hellfire Fortifications PVP Quest
The repeatable PVP quest Hellfire Fortifications grants 250 reputation per completion and has an Alliance prerequisite quest called Laying Waste to the Unwanted. Note that as of patch 2.0.6 this quest was nerfed to grant less reputation once you reach Honored.
Farm Vazruden in Ramparts
In Hellfire Ramparts, the final boss Vazruden the Herald awards 250 reputation per kill for non-Human characters. Kill the guards leading up to the boss, let Vazruden dismount and run toward you, defeat him, then use Feign Death to reset the encounter without killing the dragon — the dragon must remain alive for this reset method to work. Drop a 
Battle Standard of Coordination nearby to speed up the farming.
Complete Hellfire Citadel Quests
Hellfire Citadel quests award an additional 1,050 reputation, and quests available at level 66 and above inside Hellfire Citadel (including the Shattered Halls key crafting quests in Hellfire Peninsula) provide a further 1,875 reputation combined.
Tips
On Heroic difficulty, Ramparts and Blood Furnace grant reputation all the way to Exalted, making them viable alternatives to Shattered Halls if your Shattered Halls lockouts are exhausted.
With a 10% reputation bonus active, Shattered Halls Normal runs yield 1,682 reputation and Heroic runs yield 2,871, reducing the total runs needed from Revered to Exalted from 14 Normal and 9 Heroic to 13 and 8 respectively.
