Cenarion Expedition
The Burning Crusade faction.
The Cenarion Expedition is a Burning Crusade faction based in Zangarmarsh, earned by completing quests across Outland, running Coilfang Reservoir dungeons, and turning in plant parts.
Farm Unidentified Plant Parts
Collect and turn in 
Unidentified Plant Parts in sets of 10 for 250 reputation each — farming around 360 parts will yield roughly 9,000 reputation. This repeatable quest is only available until Honored, so turn in any bonus plant rewards (Unidentified Species, roughly a 10% drop from reward packages, worth 500 reputation each) after hitting Honored.
Complete All Zone Quests
Work through quests in Hellfire Peninsula (1,545 rep), Zangarmarsh (4,775 rep), Blade's Edge Mountains (4,220 rep), Terokkar Forest (1,350 rep), Netherstorm (750 rep), and Coilfang Reservoir (1,760 rep) — completing all of these should bring you into Revered.
Grind Slave Pens Until Friendly Ends
Enter Slave Pens and kill mobs for 15 reputation per kill — this rate applies through the end of Friendly, making it one of the more efficient early grinding methods available.
Farm Heroic Underbog for Fast Rep
Enter Heroic Underbog and AoE all trash mobs without killing the bosses, then leave at the final boss and reset the instance — you can do up to 10 resets per hour, yielding close to 1, 700 reputation per hour compared to roughly 1,050 in normal mode.
Collect Coilfang Armaments in Steamvault
Run Steamvault (levels 68–70, both normal and Heroic) and loot 
Coilfang Armaments, each worth 75 reputation when turned in — note that Coilfang Armaments can no longer be turned in, so do not purchase them from the Auction House.
Visit Quartermaster Fedryen Swiftspear
Find Fedryen Swiftspear at 1, 48.8 in Zangarmarsh to browse and purchase Cenarion Expedition reputation rewards as you unlock new tiers.
Tips
Coilfang Armaments can no longer be turned in for reputation — do not spend gold on them at the Auction House.
The Plants of Zangarmarsh repeatable turn-in becomes unavailable once you reach Honored, so complete all your plant part farming before that threshold.
Heroic Underbog trash-only resets yield roughly 1,700 rep per hour versus around 1, 050 in normal mode, making it the fastest method to push through the upper reputation tiers.
