The Sha'tar
The Burning Crusade faction.
The Sha'tar is a Burning Crusade faction based in Shattrath City that rewards reputation through dungeon runs, quests, and mirrored gains from Aldor or Scryer turn-ins up to the end of Friendly.
Reach End of Friendly
Turn in Firewing Signets, Sunfury Signets, Arcane Tomes, Marks of Kil'jaeden, Marks of Sargeras, or Fel Armaments to either The Aldor or The Scryers — these gains are mirrored to The Sha'tar at a diminished ratio. Note that this method caps at 5, 999 out of 6,000 Friendly reputation, leaving you one point short of Honored.
Push Into Honored
If you are stuck at 5, 999/6,000 Friendly after turn-ins, complete the quest 'I See Dead Draenei' outside Auchenai Crypts, which requires only speaking to a nearby NPC and grants 10 reputation — enough to push you into Honored. This quest requires level 64.
Quest Through Honored to Revered
Complete available quests to progress from Honored toward Revered. Notable quest reputation pools include Shadowmoon Valley (1,650 rep), Auchindoun (1,035 rep), Nagrand (325 rep), Auchenai Crypts (500 rep), and Shadow Labyrinth (500 rep). There is no benefit to saving quests for later — you earn the same reputation regardless of your current standing.
Grind The Botanica to Exalted
Once you reach Revered, run The Botanica repeatedly until Exalted. A full normal run clearing all trash and bosses yields approximately 2, 150 reputation (roughly 10% per run), meaning you can expect around 10 runs from Revered to Exalted. Alternatively, on Heroic difficulty you can skip every boss and clear only the trash, which yields approximately 2, 100 reputation per run in about 20 minutes, and also drops around 
100 gold in vendor trash per run.
Visit Quartermaster Almaador
Find Almaador at 29.8, 23.2 in Shattrath City to browse and purchase The Sha'tar reputation rewards as you reach each reputation tier.
Tips
On Heroic Botanica, you can skip every boss entirely and only clear trash, resetting the instance afterward to repeat — this gives roughly the same rep per run as a full normal clear but can be faster depending on your gear.
The Botanica gives more reputation per run than The Arcatraz or The Mechanar, making it the most efficient dungeon choice for grinding from Revered to Exalted.
