Magram Clan Centaur is a Classic reputation faction in Desolace that can be raised to Exalted by completing a quest chain culminating in Death to Agogridon, which also grants 40,000 reputation with Gelkis Clan Centaur simultaneously.
Obtain Maraudine Prisoner Manifest
Follow the quest chain to obtain the 
Maraudine Prisoner Manifest and turn it in, which unlocks a series of follow-up quests leading to Death to Agogridon.
Complete Death to Agogridon
Turn in the Death to Agogridon quest to receive 40,000 reputation with Magram Clan Centaur and 40,000 reputation with Gelkis Clan Centaur in a single turn-in, bringing both factions to Exalted.
Talk to Karnum Marshweaver
