Gelkis Clan Centaur
Classic faction.
Gelkis Clan Centaur is a Classic-era reputation faction tied to the centaur clans of Desolace, and is only obtainable by characters who began grinding it before the Cataclysm Shattering.
Check Quest Completion Status
Run `/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(14394))` in-game to check whether you have already completed the relevant quest. If you completed the quests in the past without receiving reputation, speak to Karnum Marshweaver to receive credit.
Obtain Maraudine Prisoner Manifest
Follow the Desolace questline to obtain the 
Maraudine Prisoner Manifest, which unlocks a short chain of quests leading to the quest Death to Agogridon. Turning in Death to Agogridon awards 40,000 reputation with Gelkis Clan Centaur and 40,000 reputation with Magram Clan Centaur simultaneously.
Note Post-Cataclysm Restrictions
As of the Cataclysm Shattering, Gelkis Clan Centaur no longer appears in the reputation panel for new characters, and no reputation can be earned through any means in Cataclysm or later. This faction remains visible only for players who earned reputation with it prior to the Shattering.
