Silvermoon City
The Burning Crusade faction.
Silvermoon City is a Horde capital faction from The Burning Crusade expansion, and reaching Exalted unlocks Blood Elf mounts and contributes toward the Ambassador and Exalted titles.
Equip the Silvermoon Tabard
Before entering any dungeon, equip the Silvermoon City Tabard so that kills inside Outland dungeons credit Silvermoon City reputation instead of other factions.
Farm Outland Heroic Dungeons
Run Outland Heroic dungeons with the tabard equipped — each regular enemy awards 15 rep and each boss awards 300 rep. Completing all 13 Outland Heroic dungeons in one session yields enough reputation to go from 3,000 into Friendly all the way to Exalted, taking roughly 2 hours.
Prioritize Magisters' Terrace Heroic
Magisters' Terrace on Heroic is the single best dungeon for this grind, awarding approximately 3, 500 Silvermoon City reputation per run with the tabard equipped, and an orb at the end teleports you back to the quest hub for a fast reset. This dungeon also has a chance to drop the 
Battered Hilt.
Run Outland Normal Dungeons Daily
If Heroic lockouts are on cooldown, Outland Normal dungeons award 3–4 rep per enemy kill with the tabard equipped, though this method is significantly slower and best used as a supplement between Heroic resets.
Use Alterac Valley Turn-Ins
Queuing for Alterac Valley and completing its repeatable turn-ins also contributes Silvermoon City reputation — armor scrap turn-ins award approximately 2.5 rep each, five-blood turn-ins award approximately 18.5 rep each, and Wingmaster turn-ins award 2 to 5 rep each.
Tips
Heroic dungeon lockouts reset daily, so running all 3 Hellfire Citadel Heroic dungeons each day yields approximately 9, 000 reputation per day.
Legion dungeons award 0 Silvermoon City reputation even with the tabard equipped, so stick exclusively to Outland dungeons for this grind.
Portal to the Isle of Quel'Danas from Shattrath City for the fastest access to Magisters' Terrace without manually flying through Outland.
