The Darkmoon Faire is a monthly traveling event in Classic WoW where players earn reputation and Darkmoon Prize Tickets by completing quests and activities during the Faire window.
Complete Monthly Faire Quests
Each month the Darkmoon Faire is active, completing the available quests earns up to 14, 000 reputation and 150 Darkmoon Prize Tickets per Faire cycle, and these rewards reset and can be earned again every month.
Turn In Darkmoon Decks
Turning in epic Darkmoon decks grants 350 base reputation each, while Rogues decks grant 25 base reputation each. Starting at 2, 000 into Friendly and targeting Exalted requires 37,999 total reputation, meaning a non-Human player without guild perks needs 109 epic decks to reach Exalted.
Farm Winterspring for Decks
Gather Icecap and Mountain Silversage in Winterspring to craft Classic Darkmoon decks, as this is the most efficient material-farming method for generating deck turn-ins.
Loot the Deathmatch Pavilion Chest
Looting the chest inside the Deathmatch Pavilion during the Faire awards 5 Darkmoon Prize Tickets per event, and this can be done multiple times depending on how many events occur during a single Faire.
Arrive Early at Faire Opening
The Darkmoon Faire becomes active at exactly 4:00 a.m. server time, so logging in at that moment lets you begin quests and activities as soon as the Faire opens.
Tips
Epic Darkmoon decks grant 350 base reputation per turn-in, making them the highest single-source reputation gain outside of monthly quests.
The Deathmatch Pavilion chest awards 5 tickets per event with no monthly cap, so completing more Faire events directly increases your total ticket earnings.
