Stormwind is the Human capital city of the Alliance, located in northwestern Elwynn Forest, and gaining Exalted requires completing quests throughout its surrounding zones and running associated dungeons.
Quest Through Surrounding Zones
Run quests across Elwynn Forest, Westfall, and Redridge Mountains. Standard quests award 150–250 reputation each, while messenger-style quests award slightly less, though having all flight paths and a mount makes the process significantly faster.
Farm Stockades and Deadmines Quests
Pick up all available quests associated with the Stockades and Deadmines dungeons, as quests with dungeon components award double the normal Stormwind reputation, netting several extra thousand rep compared to surface quests alone.
Visit the War Room for PvP
Since patch 2.0.1, all PvP vendors and personnel have been relocated to the War Room, found behind the Throne Room in Stormwind Keep, where you can spend your 
Stormwind Insignia.
