Cenarion Circle

Cenarion Circle is a Classic faction based in Silithus that you can earn reputation with through dungeon runs, text turn-ins, and boss kills.
Farm Encrypted Twilight Texts
Kill Twilight cultists at the camps throughout Silithus — check the Base Camp at 44, 41, the Post at 33, 32, and the Outpost at 28, 75. Every 10 
Encrypted Twilight Texts you collect can be turned in for 100 reputation, and you must turn them in stacks of exactly 10. Note that once you reach Honored, killing regular cultists no longer awards reputation, so hold onto your texts and turn them all in after reaching Honored to avoid wasting kills.
Run AQ20 for Fast Rep
Enter the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj and clear everything up to General Rajaxx — a full run awards around 3, 000 reputation. For the fastest farming method, kill all trash up to Rajaxx at 53.1, 35.1 but do not kill Rajaxx himself, then use a combat-drop ability to reset the trash and repeat; this method yields approximately 48, 510 reputation per hour. The instance has a three-day respawn timer, so plan your runs accordingly.
Collect Twilight Set Pieces
Twilight mobs throughout Silithus drop set pieces that can be used to summon bosses, and defeating those bosses drops items that award additional Cenarion Circle reputation.
Run AQ40 for Extra Rep
Inside the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, each Insignia you collect and turn in grants 100 reputation, and defeating C'Thun awards 400 reputation. Head to the instance entrance at 78.2, 22.2 in Silithus to begin.
Visit the Cenarion Circle Vendor
Once you have built up enough reputation, visit Aendel Windspear at 64.6, 45.8 in Silithus to browse the available crafting pattern rewards.
Tips
Hold all Encrypted Twilight Texts and turn them in only after reaching Honored, since regular cultist kills stop giving rep at that point and you want to maximize the value of each stack.
AQ20 has a three-day respawn lockout, so stagger your runs to avoid downtime between clears.
