Timbermaw Hold
Classic faction.
Timbermaw Hold is a furbolg faction in Classic WoW that controls the tunnel between Felwood and Winterspring, and all players begin at Hostile standing with them.
Start quests in Felwood
Head to the Emerald Sanctuary in Felwood and complete the quests from Grazle: speak to the totem, kill 15 Furbolgs, gather 15 Honey Hives, discover the totem's secret, and return to Grazle.
Complete Nafien and Ferli quests
Go to the cave entrance to Timbermaw Hold in Felwood and complete quests for Nafien and Ferli: kill 15 Furbolgs, collect 7 Deadwood Weapons, return to Nafien, then find Drizle, kill Chieftain Bloodmaw for his key, and free Drizle.
Speak to Salfa
After finishing with Nafien and Ferli, speak to Salfa near Timbermaw Hold in Felwood. A repeatable quest is available here, but completing it just once before moving on is advisable.
Complete Winterspring quests
Travel through the Timbermaw Hold tunnel into Winterspring — once you reach Unfriendly standing the guards will no longer attack you — and head to the camp south of Timbermaw Hold to complete quests from Donovo Snowden, which include killing 15 Furbolgs.
Grind and save rep tokens
Save all 
Deadwood Headdress Feathers and 
Winterfall Spirit Beads you collect while grinding corrupt Furbolgs, and begin turning them in at Revered since that is the only way other than killing named bosses to continue increasing your reputation.
Visit vendor Meilosh
Once you reach the appropriate reputation thresholds, visit Meilosh at 18.6, 43.2 in Felwood to purchase available rewards, including crafting patterns and profession recipes unlocked at Honored, Revered, and Exalted.

As of Patch 4.0.3a, five
Deadwood Headdress Feathers turn in for 2, 000 reputation, making the grind from Neutral to Exalted achievable in roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour.The
Deadwood Headdress Feather has approximately a 31–32% drop rate from Deadwood Furbolgs, so expect roughly 1 feather drop per 3 kills.You can speed up repetitive turn-ins by using the macro:
