Ravenholdt
Classic faction. For people farming rep: I found it very helpful to use Blackened Worg Steak[/url], so you don't lose any time entering buildings with no mobs.
Ravenholdt is a Classic faction tied to the Syndicate criminal organization, grindable to Exalted primarily by killing Syndicate NPCs and having a Rogue turn in Heavy Junkboxes.
Locate Ravenholdt Manor
The path to Ravenholdt Manor begins at 75.2, 23 in Hillsbrad Foothills, winding up through a small cave to the manor on the other side at 84.7, 9.
Grind Syndicate NPCs at Stromgarde
Kill Syndicate Conjurors, Syndicate Magi, and Syndicate Thieves at Stromgarde Keep at 52, 60 in Arathi Highlands to reach Honored (11,999/12,000); each kill awards 5 rep, or 6 rep for Human characters, averaging roughly 341 rep per full clear with a 10% guild reputation bonus.
Rotate to Northfold Manor
When Stromgarde Keep mobs are depleted, rotate to Northfold Manor at 26, 29 in Arathi Highlands, which averages roughly 264 rep per clear and is only a short flight from Stromgarde with epic flying speed.
Farm Syndicate in Hillsbrad
Additional Syndicate NPCs can be farmed in Hillsbrad Foothills at 70.6, 44.9 as a third rotation spot when the Arathi Highlands locations are on respawn.
Use Blackened Worg Steak
Consume 
Blackened Worg Steak before your farming runs; the movement speed buff prevents downtime when navigating between mobs or avoiding empty buildings, improving rep gains from roughly 2,000 per hour to around 3, 000 per hour.
Prepare Rogue for Honored to Exalted
From Honored onward, you need a Rogue level 60 or higher equipped with 
Charred Glyph and specced into Nightstalker and Quickening for movement speed; the Rogue must turn in 
Heavy Junkboxes at Ravenholdt Manor to push reputation from Honored through Exalted, requiring approximately 1, 400 boxes for the Honored-to-Exalted stretch at 15 rep per box.
Tips
Exalted requires 21,000/21,000 total rep beyond Revered; at 5 rep per kill that is 3,900 kills just to reach the Honored threshold of 12,000/12,000 from a fresh neutral standing of 1,500/3,000.
Human characters receive 6 rep per Syndicate kill instead of 5, making them the fastest race for grinding the Neutral-to-Honored phase.
