Visit Lab Assistant Laszly at 27.12, 72.44 in Undermine — this is in the basement level of the building. No permanent map icon exists for this vendor, so save the coordinates to avoid losing track of the location after completing the intro quest.
Earn Reputation via Weekly Contract
If you are renown rank 6 with the Cartels of Undermine and hold the weekly cartel contract with Steamwheedle Cartel, you can spawn the rare Giovante. Find Giovante at 32.02, 76.52 in Undermine — the Noggenfogger Recall Technician associated with this rare is located there.
Note the Exalted Achievement Bug
This faction does not count toward the 'Exalted Reputations' achievement as of patch 11.1.0 (2025/04/14), so reaching Exalted with Steamwheedle Cartel (new id) will not increment your achievement progress counter.
