The Countess is a Venthyr Ember Court reputation in Shadowlands, unlocked by completing her RSVP quest as a Revendreth covenant player.
Unlock The Countess RSVP
Head to the house at 59.22, 30.27 and walk into the mirror to find and accept the 
RSVP: The Countess quest. Note that Ember Court Tier 4 progression is required before this quest becomes available.
Get the Disguise and Horse
After accepting the quest, obtain the 
House Iremoore Disguise, then steal the horse at 53.35, 30.96 and ride to the marked goal at 63.6, 34.89 within the time limit. If you run out of time, you can retry the quest.
Return Through the Mirror
Once the timed ride is complete, return to The Countess by using the mirror again at 59.22, 30.27 to finish the quest and unlock her as an Ember Court guest.
Increase Happiness at Ember Court
During the Ember Court event, speak to The Countess and select the gossip option to greet her personally, which grants bonus happiness. Additionally, if an assassin appears near the mingling guests before the court opens, kill them for an extra happiness bonus.
Tips
The Countess enjoys a Decadent, Relaxing, and Formal soiree setup, so prioritize those decorations and guests when she is invited to maximize her happiness.
