Rajani is a Battle for Azeroth reputation faction based in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, representing the first non-hostile Mogu NPCs in the game, earned primarily through world quests and bonus reputation methods.
Use a Rajani Contract
Purchase and activate a 
Contract: Rajani, crafted by scribes and available on the Auction House. Once active for 7 days, it grants bonus Rajani reputation for every world quest completed for any faction. You must be at least Friendly with Rajani to use it, and only one contract can be active at a time.
Complete World Quests and Events
World quests reward 125 Rajani reputation each, while world events reward 50 reputation. There are no Rajani emissary quests, so consistent daily participation is the primary way to accumulate reputation outside of bonus items.
Buy Rajani Insignia Tokens
As of patch 10.1.5, you can purchase 
Rajani Insignia for 
2,500 Paracausal Flakes each, granting 250 reputation per token. These tokens benefit from reputation bonus events such as Darkmoon Faire and WoW Anniversary, making those periods the best time to use them.
