Court of Harvesters is a Shadowlands faction based in Revendreth, and you can earn reputation with them regardless of Covenant — no Venthyr membership is required.
Find the Quartermaster
Head to Darkhaven in Revendreth and find Mistress Mihaela at 61.33, 63.73 inside the inn called The Sinposium — note that the version of her in Sinfall is not a vendor. She also starts and ends the quest Bring Out Your Tithe.
Use an Inscription Contract
Have a Scribe craft the 
Contract: Court of Harvesters (the technique is purchased from Mistress Mihaela at Revered) to passively earn Court of Harvesters reputation from every World Quest completed across any zone.
Complete World Quests in Revendreth
Complete World Quests in Revendreth daily to steadily earn Court of Harvesters reputation, progressing through Friendly, Honored, Revered, and Exalted.
Check Reputation Reward Milestones
At Honored, Mistress Mihaela sells the 
Sinvyr Tea Set and 
Design: Revitalizing Jewel Doublet. At Revered, she sells the Recipe: Feast of Gluttonous Hedonism, Technique: Contract: Court of Harvesters, and the 
Glittering Gold Sinstone Chain. At Exalted, you can purchase the 
Court Sinrunner mount for 
24,000 gold.
Farm the Paragon Cache
Once Exalted, any additional Court of Harvesters reputation earned fills a Paragon bar; completing it rewards a 
Court of Harvesters Supplies cache, which has a chance to contain the 
Stoneskin Dredwing Pup battle pet, plus 500 Sinstone Fragments and 50 Infused Ruby.
Visit the Oribos Quartermaster
An alternate quartermaster, Darvel the Frugal, is located in The Enclave in Oribos at 47.5, 76.5 and also sells Court of Harvesters items if you prefer shopping in the city hub.
