The Undying Army is a Shadowlands faction based in Maldraxxus, and gaining reputation with them unlocks mounts, cosmetics, crafting recipes, and paragon rewards from Quartermaster Nalcorn Talsen.
Find the Quartermaster
Nalcorn Talsen is the Quartermaster for The Undying Army and can be found at 50.57, 53.4 in Maldraxxus, next to a tent. A second access point is available in Oribos, where Dar Vattish is located in The Enclave at 47.5, 76.5.
Earn Reputation Through Contracts
Inscriptionists can craft and use a 
Contract: The Undying Army, which grants bonus reputation with The Undying Army from World Quests across the Shadowlands. The technique to craft this contract is purchased from Nalcorn Talsen at Revered standing.
Unlock Rewards by Reputation Tier
At Honored, Nalcorn Talsen sells 
Plans: Shadowsteel Pauldrons, Pattern: Shadowlace Cloak, and Schematic: Wormhole Generator: Shadowlands. At Revered, you can purchase 
Memory of the Rattle of the Maw and Technique: Contract: The Undying Army. At Exalted, 
Lurid Bloodtusk is available for 
24,000 gold ( 30,000 gold without a discount), alongside 
Colors of the Undying Army and 
Barbarous Osteowings.
Farm the Paragon Cache
Once Exalted, additional reputation earned fills a Paragon meter that rewards 
Supplies of the Undying Army. This cache has a chance to contain 
Reins of the Colossal Slaughterclaw, 
Infested Arachnid Casing, and 
Micromancer's Mystical Cowl.
