Tortollan Seekers is a Battle for Azeroth reputation faction tied to turtle-folk scattered across multiple zones, earned through world quests, regular quests, garrison missions, and contracts.
Complete Tortollan World Quests
World quests are the primary source of Tortollan Seekers reputation. Multiple versions of quests such as Beachhead, Shell Game, and Make Loh Go appear across different zones — complete them whenever they are available.
Use a Tortollan Seekers Contract
Equip a 
Contract: Tortollan Seekers to earn a small amount of Tortollan Seekers reputation for every world quest you complete, regardless of faction.
Run Garrison Follower Missions
Garrison follower missions that reward Tortollan Seekers reputation become available after you complete 3 Tortollan Seekers world quests, providing an additional passive source of reputation.
Find the Emissary Quartermaster
The Tortollan Seekers emissary, Collector Kojo, is found at Scaletrader Post at 71.5, 30.34 in Zuldazar. A second emissary location is Seekers' Vista at 40, 37 in Stormsong Valley, north of Fort Daelin. Both Horde and Alliance players can interact with either location.
