Complete Stormsong Valley Quests
Work through the main questline in Stormsong Valley to earn a large initial chunk of Storm's Wake reputation. Completing the full zone story is one of the primary ways to reach Honored.
Run Stormsong Valley World Quests
Nearly all world quests available in Stormsong Valley award Storm's Wake reputation. Check the Stormsong and Dance world quest list and complete these regularly as they refresh to continue pushing toward Revered and Exalted.
Craft a Storm's Wake Contract
Have an Inscription-trained character craft a 
Contract: Storm's Wake, which grants a small amount of Storm's Wake reputation for every world quest completed anywhere in Kul Tiras, not just Stormsong Valley.
Use Garrison Follower Missions
After completing 4 world quests, Garrison follower missions that reward Storm's Wake reputation become available, offering an additional passive source of rep gains.

When the Storm's Wake emissary quest is active, completing 4 world quests in Stormsong Valley unlocks a large reputation bonus. Turn it in to Sister Lilyana at 59.2, 69.2 in Stormsong Valley, found in the middle of Brennadam next to a large cart. You can also reach her at 59.27, 69.37 in Brennadam.
Collect Rewards from Sister Lilyana
Sister Lilyana at 59.2, 69.2 in Stormsong Valley sells rewards as you hit higher reputation tiers. At Revered, purchase the 
Pair of Bee Wings and the 
Tome of Polymorph: Bumblebee. At Exalted, she sells the 
Storm's Wake Tabard, the 
Reins of the Dapple Gray, and the 
Reins of the Stormsong Coastwatcher.
Tips
Completing the Storm's Wake emissary quest each time it is active provides one of the largest single reputation gains available, so prioritize it whenever it appears.
Completing the Stormsong and Dance achievement as part of Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One requires progressing through Stormsong Valley story quests, which also generates substantial Storm's Wake reputation as a byproduct.
