Talanji's Expedition is a Zandalari troll expedition led by Princess Talanji, tasked with combating the blood troll forces in Nazmir.
Complete the Nazmir Questline
Begin earning Talanji's Expedition reputation by completing the Nazmir zone questline, starting with The Dark Heart of Nazmir. This questline forms the foundation of your reputation progress.
Complete Nazmir World Quests
After completing Uniting Zandalar, all world quests in Nazmir award Talanji's Expedition reputation. The Talanji's Expedition emissary is located in Zul'jan Ruins in the south-west part of Nazmir, and completing 4 world quests will reward an emissary cache.
Run Garrison Follower Missions
Garrison follower missions that list Talanji's Expedition as a reward will also contribute reputation, so check your mission table regularly for these opportunities.
Visit Provisioner Lija for Rewards
Once you reach the appropriate reputation tiers, visit Provisioner Lija at 39.11, 79.47 in the Zul'jan Ruins of Nazmir to purchase your rewards. At Revered you can buy 
Tragg the Curious, and at Exalted you can purchase the 
Talanji's Expedition Tabard and the 
Reins of the Expedition Bloodswarmer.
Tips
Completing the Talanji's Expedition emissary quest in Zul'jan Ruins, Nazmir grants a large bonus reputation reward on top of your world quest earnings.
The Dark Heart of Nazmir story chapter is also a required component for Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One, which unlocks increased mounted speed in Zandalar and Kul Tiras — so completing it benefits both reputation and flying progress.
